When you order a tow or transport through this website, we process the data you enter in the form yourself — typically your name, phone number, e-mail, the pick-up and destination address and details of the vehicle. We need them to handle your order and to arrive at the right place.
If you fill in a phone number, we send a text message to it confirming that we have received the order, and our dispatch gets the same message. We use the SMSManager service (SMSmanager s.r.o.) to send it; as a processor it receives your phone number and the text of the message. You can submit the order without a phone number — we then send you no text message and get back to you by e-mail.
