How much does truck towing cost?

The dispatcher confirms the price before we set off – it depends on the vehicle and the situation on site. The tow is often paid by an insurer or assistance service; we are a contract partner of most Czech insurers.

Where do you operate, and how fast can you get here?

24/7 in Prague and within 100 km (D0, D1, D5, D8, D10, D11), longer trips by arrangement. In Prague we can be with you in as little as 45 minutes.

Which vehicles do you tow?

Accepted Answer

Vehicles over 3.5 t: trucks, semi-trucks with their trailers, buses, vans and machinery. For the heaviest jobs we send our Mercedes-Benz Arocs recovery truck.

Can you recover an overturned truck or bus?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We recover overturned and stuck vehicles with the winches and hydraulic recovery boom of our Mercedes-Benz Arocs, then tow them away.

Truck breakdown – what should I tell the dispatcher?

Accepted Answer

Where the vehicle is and whether it is on a motorway (motorway number, kilometre marker and direction of travel), what kind of vehicle it is, roughly how much it weighs and what it is carrying. That way we send the right equipment first time.
